Simple moves, amazing workout and the most fun you will have in a long time!! Seriously, we need to be having so much more fun in our lives and we want you to join us! It's colder outside so we have moved class indoor for the next couple months!! We meet at Lakeshore Vineyard Church at 710 Central Ave, Holland. Park in the back parking lot and come on in!! Saturday mornings, 9:00am $10 or buy a punchcard (10 classes for $75) Shoes or barefoot work great! You cannot get this wrong, unless of course you don't show up and then well, you just miss out on all the fun to be had!!
